Shipping options are selected at checkout. Depending on your location, you will receive your order 2-7 business days after it is shipped. For your convenience, we offer free local delivery or studio pick up for residents of San Antonio, TX! Simply select local delivery or pick up at checkout and complete the form for processing.

Local Approval and In Home Shopping Experience

If you are interested in viewing several pieces (or the full collection!) in person before purchasing, we are happy to schedule an in-home shopping experience in studio or at your home/place of business. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Holland | Billups purchase! However, if you need to return your selection, we will accept returns within 10 business days of receipt. Please email hollandbillups@gmail.com to coordinate the return. We will reimburse you for the amount you paid at the time of purchase, provided the below terms are adhered to:

  1. We receive the item in its original condition and branded packaging.
  2. A return authorization is enclosed.
  3. The return has been prepaid and insured.
  4. The return has been securely packaged to protect the item in transit.

A Note on Care

Each Holland | Billups piece is handmade with care, most items are one-of-a-kind, and many items are crafted using precious vintage pieces. Please handle with love and care. 

To keep your new jewelry happy and shiny, please be careful when using hairspray, perfume, and oils in close contact with the metals. We want to keep you and your jewelry sparkling!
